The boots took about 6 weeks to arrive, and I ended up throwing them away immediately. They were completely unsuitable, made from flimsy material, and did not match the description at all. They looked like costume boots for children. I regret not checking reviews before purchasing and highly recommend others do so to avoid wasting money on this seller's poor offerings!

🚨STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!🚨The boots arrived a month after ordering, and they were terrible. The wrong color and size were sent, and the quality is shockingly poor! They look nothing like the pictures. I wish I had read the reviews first. I've emailed for a refund but received no response!

I ordered boots weeks ago, and when they arrived, they were completely different in shape and material—just cheap junk. They expect me to pay for return shipping and offer a 10% discount. I wish I had checked reviews first. Please avoid this seller; I now need to contact my bank.
I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered black faux suede, knee-high stretch boots in wide fit, but what I received were creased, plastic-looking knee-high boots that don't fit at all. The seller offered me a partial refund if I keep the boots or a full refund if I return them at my expense. I’ve told them this is unacceptable since they made the error and should cover return shipping. I'm waiting for their response but not expecting much.
AVOID THIS SELLER - I wish I had checked the reviews first. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of shoes 7 weeks ago, and they were lost in transit. I've contacted the supplier for a refund, and despite proof of the loss, all I get is advice to check my door or garden. I DO NOT HAVE THEM! This seller is disgraceful and should not be operating.
