I already tried to contact them via e-mail and Instagram several times and só far I got no answer.
I’m very disappointed that a Dutch company ignores the customers the way that you are doing it. I wish i would have seen the reviews here before playing my order.

This is a final follow-up regarding my order #44126, placed on December 10, 2025 (total €26.45).

The order is still marked as Paid and Unfulfilled, and I have never received the items, nor any tracking information or shipping confirmation.

Please note that if I do not receive either:

valid tracking details and proof of shipment, or

a full refund to my original payment method

within 7 days, I will proceed with a payment dispute (chargeback) through my bank/payment provider, due to non-delivery of goods.

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with you and avoid further action.

I ordered something on 11 November, and two months later, it still hasn't arrived — not even a tracking email! Whenever I sought help, I was given excuses for the delay (“it's the busy season”) and they would not cancel my order or issue a refund! Exercise caution and reconsider before making a purchase from this platform! There's a significant risk of losing your money.

Item not received, customer service unresponsive

I ordered an item as a Christmas gift for friends at the end of November, and three weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. I haven't received any tracking information. I contacted customer service five days ago (through both options), who are supposedly available all week and meant to reply within 24 hours, but I've heard nothing. This place seems like a scam.

We did not receive the earrings. There has been no response to our emails or messages on social media (sent several times) about why we haven't received anything, and no refund yet. Please be cautious; they seem to be fraudsters!

Items are not delivered. I honestly don't understand the positive reviews. After placing an order, I received a confirmation but then... nothing. No follow-ups and no communication when I tried to reach out. I regret ordering from this company and wish I had trusted the negative reviews. Please think twice before ordering from them; you may never receive your package.

Steer clear of this website

I purchased earrings with a discount offer for a second pair at half price, but I only received one pair! They claim they will investigate the order and check what went wrong, but ultimately, I never received a response.
