I returned 2 pairs of shoes at my own cost. I have tracked the parcel which was delivered. I emailed the company with the details of delivery and was informed they haven't received them. They are only offering me 20% of the cost but I have refused. I have contacted the delivery company to follow up with this and am awaiting a signature/photo of delivery
