They sent two different sizes and refused to fix the issue. Such a shame - the shoes were lovely. I was planning to buy pairs in a couple of colours, but ordered one colour to start with. I contacted them and asked them to send a new right shoe. They seemed to ignore the details, expected me to pay postage to return, and take any risk of them not arriving, or offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the shoes. So I've essentially given away my money for shoes that I can't wear because one of the shoes is not in my size. As I love the shoes so much I was even tempted to order a second paid in case I get the right pair but I am concerned there would also be something wrong with them!So the whole experience has left a terrible taste in my mouthIf BrilliantShoes contact me to fix this now I would still be pleased to amend my review though.
