Absolutely horrible customer service. My fiancé bought me a ring from here, and we quickly realized I needed to size up. Once he reached out they said that the lifetime warranty AND lifetime resizing is only considered for US residents.. Which was not disclosed prior to him purchasing this ring. Not only that but I’ve had this ring for less than 60 days, I take it off to clean, work out, cook, when I’m washing my hands and somehow it is still so scuffed up already. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service for residents outside of the states who spent a lot of money on a ring !!
