Brilliance has excellent customer service. I ordered a custom 3 stone cushion cut ring, with a fancy colored center diamond. Its Gorgeous! It arrived with round side diamonds, but i had wanted cushion side diamonds per the ad. I was able to send it back and have the side diamonds swapped. They did it so fast and no hassle. And its now my favorite ring ever. Their team is very responsive, and they have great financing options. This is my 3rd purchase with them, and its all been great.
