It felt like they were accusing me of lying. Customer support insisted the driver had called my phone, but there were no calls or missed calls recorded. I asked why the driver didn't ring the bell, and they said he didn't have the floor number. This was false; it was clearly labeled on the package, and my name was on the doorbell, which the driver would have seen if they had looked. It seems the driver arrived at the address, but the payment wasn't enough to encourage them to carry a heavy box up three flights of stairs. When I pressed customer support for a solution, they suggested I find a friend to pick it up or contact the seller directly, neither of which showed any responsibility on their part. Not delivering the package was one issue, but blaming the customer is a much larger problem.
