Unbelievable! Yesterday was delivered to me one parcel totally wrong, with another name (of a guy living in Netherlands) and of course different content. I am very disappointed of such a bad service 😞
I paid for home delivery since I couldn't pick it up myself. I stayed home to receive the package, but I was informed that no one was home, so it was taken to a nearby pickup point. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that an attempt had been made and they claimed the driver was in the area and compensated for the delivery. It felt like they were accusing me of lying. Customer support insisted the driver had called my phone, but there were no calls or missed calls recorded. I asked why the driver didn't ring the bell, and they said he didn't have the floor number. This was false; it was clearly labeled on the package, and my name was on the doorbell, which the driver would have seen if they had looked. It seems the driver arrived at the address, but the payment wasn't enough to encourage them to carry a heavy box up three flights of stairs. When I pressed customer support for a solution, they suggested I find a friend to pick it up or contact the seller directly, neither of which showed any responsibility on their part. Not delivering the package was one issue, but blaming the customer is a much larger problem.
Once again, I find myself frustrated with the service. Awaiting a delivery that was already delayed, I received a notification claiming that delivery had been attempted this morning, but no one was home to receive it. In reality, we were present, and there was no attempt made. The package will now be redirected to a local pickup point. This is not the first time this has happened; a similar incident occurred just two weeks ago. It appears to be a pattern where deliveries are sent to a pickup location without any genuine attempt to deliver to our home. It’s quite disappointing! I have already shared my concerns on a review platform. This delivery was meant for our home address and arrived several days late. When it was finally delivered, we received a message indicating a failed attempt, despite being home the entire time. The package ended up at the local pickup point instead. We have experienced multiple deliveries that should have come directly to us but were instead routed to the pickup location. Truly unimpressed with the service.

In recent months, I have noticed several instances where the service did not deliver to my door but left the package at a local pickup location. Today was particularly frustrating. A delivery that was already delayed a few days ended up at the pickup location after we received a message stating that "Delivery had been Attempted." We were at home and waiting for the delivery, and there was no attempt made. Like most people, we understand that mistakes happen, but there seems to be a concerning pattern here. Additionally, the messages we receive appear to be misleading.
