I've been waiting for a parcel to be shipped from Stockholm to Hässleholm for 10 days now. After it was checked into the system and the initial tracking was provided, there was no movement for an entire week. It seemed to be close to my location at one point, but then it moved away again. I still haven't received it. I've spent 90 minutes on hold with customer service without any resolution. Extremely disappointing!
