Extremely disappointed with the service.

I would give zero stars if I could. It's been five days, and I'm still waiting for any update regarding my delivery. The phone line is disconnected, and no one responds to my emails. The service is incredibly poor! I regret ever using it.

Incomplete order received from the store.

I ordered headphones, a case, a shockproof screen protector, and a headphone adapter from the store. The items were all supposed to be in one package. Today, I only received one item, which is the adapter for my earphones. What happened to the rest of the items that I ordered together? I have attached an image of the item I received.

Reaching support is incredibly difficult.

Getting in touch with support is nearly impossible. After a frustrating 10-minute interaction with an unhelpful AI, I received no assistance. Modern technology feels like a complete failure. When I finally tried to connect with actual representatives, I waited 45 minutes and still hadn't made it halfway through the queue, so I decided to give up. My package has been out for delivery for two days now, and I still haven't received anything.

I faced two issues: 1. Upon arriving at the pick-up location, I was informed that the service was not operational, preventing me from collecting my package. 2. The following day, the staff mentioned that my surname was not listed in the app, despite having entered both my first and last name during the purchase. Initially, they refused to release my package, but after checking the label, they eventually handed it over to me.

Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this service—it's best to avoid it. In the past week, my package has been delivered to the wrong address three times, far from my home. The representative assured me it wouldn't happen again, but it did. The couriers seem careless, which is unacceptable! I've never had such issues with other delivery services.

Issues with home delivery

The package was supposed to be delivered to my home. The delivery person called me on the 9th at 18:38. I missed the call by just five seconds and called back immediately, but the person didn’t answer or return the call. Instead, they marked the package for drop-off at a service point, which is not a customer-friendly approach.
