I used to enjoy this platform years ago when it featured unique cars for sale elsewhere. The owners have ruined it with greed. There's no reason to pressure sellers into no-reserve auctions or to control listing wording so strictly. They profit regardless, but at the expense of their customers. I'm not a high-volume seller or buyer, but I will avoid this service until they revise their practices. A 1.4-star rating isn't something to be proud of! There are other venues for buying and selling cars, and the word is spreading on forums about what real customers think about this platform. Improve or continue to decline.
