The products are o.k. I spent almost $80 for a shampoo and conditioner combo and a leave in treatment. They claim they want customers to be satisfied they say, just send an email with order number and products you'd like to returnthey say. Easy enough right? So I did. It took 3 days for a response, which asked what they could help with. I responded, I am not satisfied, I used the products 3x and I wish to return them. I clearly asked for return authorization. Two more days went by and I received another email with a request for pictures of what I wanted to return and an example of my hair concerns etc. Wait...what? They only accept returns for 30 days from the original ship date and now it's going on week 4. I sent another email with photos and now it's the weekend 😒 The products are just o.k I've used better and I've used worse. The customer service however is slow and awful. I feel like their trying to wait out the clock. Bad customer service. For that reason I don't even recommend trying the products. Briogeo..more like Boojio..🤭🙃
