I have been using the deep conditioner and shampoo, but unfortunately, the shampoo left my fine curly hair feeling dry, and the conditioner was ineffective. Despite its numerous positive reviews, it felt like I wasn't using any conditioner at all. The texture was watery and lacked slip, seemingly vanishing into my hair without providing any moisture. I suspect many positive reviews stem from its 'clean' label or its minority ownership, rather than actual effectiveness. I've tried several products from this brand, hoping for better results, but they haven't even matched drugstore quality. I recommend saving your money and opting for high-end brands like another company’s products, which have remained excellent despite formula changes. After trying their thickening shampoo with the repair conditioner, I was reminded of how soft and clean my hair can feel. If you’re not a fan of that brand, I would definitely suggest another company over this one. Their moisture line is the best option they offer. I've explored other lines from them but wasn’t impressed. I love experimenting with new hair products, yet I find it hard to understand how this brand remains in business. I'd rather stick to drugstore options than spend money on something that worsened my hair condition. It felt overpriced and damaging.
I had the WORST allergic reaction to the Briogeo Dont Dispair, Repair shampoo and conditioner. I shampooed my hair in the shower as I normally do and..... I developed an intensive scalp itch reaction. In addition, I guess because the product was washed out, running down my body, my back, arms and legs developed the same excessive itch as well. I also had severe hair loss (hair coming out from the root). I'm hopeful that my hair will return to its previous healthy state soon. This was the worst hair product experience that I've ever had. (I'm 56 and a former full time stylist for over 12 years).
DO NOT BUY. I have been using the Briogeo Scalp Revival line. It has made my hair dry, brittle, itchy and has resulted in a rash on my neck and ears. It's a shame that for the price of this product the results have been horrible. I had to throw it away. Be careful as it may cause an allergic reaction.
My package was “delivered” a week ago now on December 4th yet I have still to receive the products I ordered. I have attempted to contact Briogeo multiple times now and have only received a single email response not even addressing my concern and just stating that the package was delivered and to use this link to see that. I need these products for a Christmas present so it’s concerning that this is the type of customer service this brand offers. order 5911055
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Briogeo regarding my recent order. After tracking my shipment, I discovered that it was never delivered, despite USPS indicating it had been. I promptly reached out to Briogeo, hoping for assistance.After a couple of emails with no response, I finally received a reply suggesting I contact USPS and check with my neighbors. I did exactly that, but USPS informed me that they couldn't help and advised me to reach out to the sender for further assistance. When I returned to Briogeo with this information, their response was underwhelming. They mentioned that they couldn’t do anything about it and insisted that this transaction had been attempted multiple times in their system, which felt like a lot of excuses rather than solutions.Overall, I am really disappointed with their customer service and lack of support. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to trying their products. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Briogeo and would advise others to stay away.Order #5894677
I purchased the don’t despair repair hair line products. It seems that my scalp has become intense itchy and my hair has become a bit more brittle. Also, noticed I am losing hair a bit more. I have only used the hair mask, strengthening oil, leave-in conditioner. I do not believe that I should use it any further. So for me these products do not work.
