Its customer service has no manner in taking customer concern seriously or respond to it. Their contracted driver dumped a 800kg good on the busy road verge at a dangerous bend rather than our driveway. Their contracted driver did not bother to ring the bell to let us know what he is doing. He just dumped it with potential to cause accident. Despite repeated request to delivery driver and Brisk customer service dept for him to come back and move the very heavy delivery to a safer location and on our driveway there was zero response from them. If so why do you not follow it to resolve my complaint rather than try to provide an false response to remove any wrongdoing on your part
