Delivery was delayed, not the end of the world but a bit annoying. The delivery drivers that they used were incredibly rude to my wife who was at the time, home alone with my 4 year old son. They tried moving pallet trucks with a tonne bag over grass, ruining the grass. Leaving a broken pallet with nails sticking up in the middle of the footpath. They way they spoke to a female was unacceptable, cocky… rude.. making out it was an inconvenience they were having to actually do there job.
