Placed an order for next day delivery. Called at 4pm on delivery day to be told the lorry had broken down and would be with me by 11.30am the next day. Explained this was the 2nd time ordering from them and the 2nd time "the lorry had broken down". Spoke to customer services on the new delivery to be told the deliver would be between 12pm-1pm. Tried calling from 1pm onwards as no delivery to be completely ignored. Delivery finally turned up at 4pm. 2 days wasted with laborer's standing around waiting on materials and the job not finished in time. Will not be giving them a 3rd chance after this appalling experience that has cost me time and money!!!!
