Initially there was a slight mix up but on identifying the problem a gentleman named Mem stepped in, he ensured the order was correct took in to account all of my delivery fears personally tracked the order whilst keeping in contact with me & the courier, in short I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism & very happy with the quality of the product.
