The gravel jumbo dumpy bag of Cotswold stone chippings arrived yesterday, they looked great and the service was good putting the pallet in the place of my choosing. While the delivery was delayed by one day, they did initially phone the day before the chosen delivery day to say that it would be delayed. I did have to phone about three times to check as no sms message came through. They were able to check the system and give me estimates (e.g. 5 hour window). 1 hour before delivery I got a sms message from the courier with a 2 hour window, and he arrived early and all was great in the end. It was ok for me as I did not book or arrange for trades people, so I wouldn't mind ordering again. I read some of the reviews about delays or other frustrations but I am glad to say I have booked with them and that all was received well on my end. I will probably order again soon. Thank you!
