I ordered a jumbo bag of 20mm moonstone from Brisks and chose a specific delivery date (Friday 11th July) at checkout. I waited in all day, but no delivery arrived. I received no email, text, or call to inform me of any delay.By 4.30pm I called the company myself after hearing nothing. The call system was frustrating – no proper hold message, just noise. When someone finally answered, I was told my order was now being delivered on Monday 14th July.This change was never communicated to me in advance, which I find unacceptable. If I hadn’t chased it myself, I would still be in the dark. I had planned to place a larger follow-up order, but after this experience I’m reconsidering.Reliable communication is basic customer service.
