Absolutely disgraceful experience. I placed an order on 27th May 2025 with a confirmed delivery slot for 30th May. I even called the day before to double-check, and they assured me it would be delivered on time. I informed my builder accordingly—but the delivery never showed up.Since then, I’ve called more than 10 times and received nothing but excuses. First, they blamed a stock issue, then a week later claimed the order was lost in transit. It’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing.This company is completely unreliable and untrustworthy—nothing but a waste of money, time, and energy. Avoid them at all costs.
