I had a problem with an item I ordered - Team Leader Mem Kolliari picked up my email and he did not waste time in jumping in to respond by picking up the phone and resolving the issue immediately. But it did not stop there he went above and beyond for his company trying to explore how he could stop the issue ever happening again. He was not only proactive in solving my issue but proactive in making sure his company got on top of the issue to ensure it never happened again. That is the sign of good Leadership. Things do go wrong sometimes when ordering on line. It was a supplier issue but Mem took full ownership of sorting it out in minutes and that is what counts and keeps customers coming back. I have given 5 stars simply because Mem Kolliari turned it around and acted with such professionalism rarely seen today in a company and an asset to the company brand.
