One star is overly generous for this deceitful service. Upon arrival, it took far too long to arrange a pick-up. On our return, we were repeatedly told the car was on its way, even though tracking showed it was stationary! They apparently lost our keys, resulting in a two-hour wait for the car, with no apologies offered. After leaving, I realized my designer glasses and an old phone were missing. We checked the car and discovered it had been ransacked, with cash I had hidden taken. The authorities have been informed. When I contacted the service, I was told we leave our belongings at our own risk. This clearly appears to be a scam that has happened before. How do they continue to operate? PLEASE STAY AWAY!
