Caution - this is a SCAM AND FRAUD!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! I booked parking for five days. On arrival day, I called 30 minutes ahead for a pick-up, but no one answered. I called again with no response. The road to the parking lot was in terrible condition. At the parking gate, I finally reached a driver who told me my reservation was CANCELLED! I was shocked since they took my money without notifying me. The driver told me to demand a refund elsewhere and insisted I pay again for another pick-up. It was a nightmare. I couldn’t reach technical support, and my money hasn’t been refunded. These are definitely scammers. Businesses like this should be shut down. Stay away from them!
