I would give this service no stars if I could. We received the wrong mobile number to arrange drop-off and had to contact the booking service for another number. On the way home, we called them for our car, only to have to call six times before they answered. We waited outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes for the car. When I asked the driver where the cars were parked, he said 10 miles away. Yet, my car arrived just five minutes later, stone cold. Where were they keeping the cars? I also had only a quarter tank of fuel left when it was dropped off! This is not a proper meet and greet service. A proper service should drop you off at the airport entrance, not a distant car park. AVOID AT ALL COST.
