This is a very unprofessionally run operation. The site is merely a rented yard in a remote area, and the route to it is dreadful, full of potholes and flooded. Had I known this, I would have paid a little more to park at the airport. I called for a pick-up before my flight, scheduled for 11:30 PM. Once we landed, I called to ask where the driver was, but there was no answer for four rings. Eventually, I was told he would be 30-40 minutes late while we were standing in a car park at 11:40 PM in 2-degree weather. I will definitely not book through this poorly managed service again.
