DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I booked with this company for airport parking, and it was a complete disaster. The vehicle that took us to the airport had four bald tires and was illegally transporting children without car seats! Upon returning, I encountered many angry customers who had been waiting in the cold and rain for over an hour. I informed them that I expected a car seat for my granddaughter since it’s illegal to transport children without one. I even offered to let them take my car seat from my car, but they still didn’t have one available. The inside of the bus was falling apart, and the driver was using his mobile phone while driving with seven passengers onboard! Steer clear of this service; they falsely advertise as being near the airport but are based at a horse livery farm about ten minutes away. I paid £67.95 and had to pay an additional £14 for the ride from the car park to the airport! There were no taxi licenses visible, and the vehicles were poorly maintained, putting lives at risk! THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
