Despite having a confirmed booking, we were left waiting for an hour and 30min to just get our car back when we landed in Bristol! We called to find out and were told that it will be 15min. It was cold and we had a 2hr drive back home. We also discovered that our car charger was stolen!! Even if they had obliged to just speak to us, it would’ve helped a little. We have called but there is no response from them and definitely no accountability for their actions. They are not professional at all and definitely not good at communicating with their customers. Never use this service please.
