UNBELIEVABLE - waited 2 hours for "Meet and Greet" - absolute disgrace - lied to, told my car was on its way - despite, seeing it was still parked in a "FIELD" in Winscombe - Eventually, collected my own car, from the compound - i.e. farmers field, no apology, no explanation and awaiting refund. DO NOT USE .. Lied, to, constantly and if I'd not demanded a lift to my card, likely to still be waiting at bristol airport .. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to use the term - meet and greet - absolute misrepresentation ..
