One star is far too generous for this fraudulent service. Upon arrival, it took an excessive amount of time to arrange a pick-up. During our return, we were repeatedly told that the vehicle was on its way, but tracking indicated it was still stationary! They apparently misplaced our keys, leading to a two-hour delay before the car finally arrived, without any apologies. Upon leaving, I discovered my designer glasses and an old music phone were missing. We stopped to inspect the vehicle and found it had been searched through, with cash I had hidden taken. The authorities have been notified. When I contacted the service, I was told that we leave our belongings at our own risk. This clearly seems to be a scam that has happened before. How do they continue to operate? PLEASE AVOID!
