There isn't a star rating 0, there should be.The hotel room in Llandudno was the worst that I have ever stayed in, it is nothing like the Web site description. the balcony was rusty and filthy, I have photos. The manager said I would be given a refund from head office customer services. Customer said that it is hotel that gives refunds. I have emailed 3 times and phoned. No response. They clearly just ignore genuine complaints.
