We arranged for the service to pack and store our furniture. The plan was for them to handle fragile items on one day and the rest on another. The initial packing started late and cost nearly £400. On the second day, the crew had a lot to do in a short time, so we couldn't monitor the packing process. When our furniture was returned weeks later, we found damage to our television. They insisted on payment before addressing any issues. The quotes increased unexpectedly, which I had to correct. My claim for the damaged TV was denied due to a lack of insurance, showing a lack of duty of care from them. Their attitude suggested that they were only concerned about payment.
