Josh and Callum (movers) and Cheri (customer service) were all great.I had a tight timeline, so Cheri worked quickly to sort a quote and arrange a time that worked for me. My notes for the move team all went through, which meant they showed up in the right place despite the best efforts of Google Maps.Callum and Josh knew exactly what they were doing. Initial tour to understand where everything was, what was moving, what order they'd take things in, where they needed protective packing. After that - they got on with it.Special wrapping for monitors, generally good *care* for everything. Unphased by stairs. Never rushed, just well-rehearsed.At the other end there was another tour to understand where things were going and how to fit things through the entry, and then they had me wait at the entrance to point each thing to the right room.The result was total convenience for me, and (crucially) two people who cared about keeping my things safe and helping a busy day run well.Well worth the money.
