STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE!! After being rescheduled once (the installer showed up without a ladder), they attempted to reschedule again. When I expressed my frustration (considering we paid our deposit in September and it was now December), they arrived only to inform us they couldn't proceed with the installation even after the surveys! They’ve had our deposit for 4 months and our full payment for a month. We were told on December 18th that a refund would be issued. It’s now the end of January, and nothing has happened! They have been ignoring our calls and emails; reaching anyone has been a challenge, and we’ve followed up countless times! There’s a manager assigned to our complaint who supposedly won’t speak to customers directly! Do not give this service your money; the customer support is abysmal, and even one of their own installers advised me to look elsewhere!!
