The worst service I have ever experienced from a company that seems indifferent!! Avoid this service!! A representative came to measure a simple window for secondary glazing and assured us they handle everything in-house and would provide a quote that afternoon. Since this is for our daughter suffering from asthma, we wanted to expedite the process. Over the next 2.5 weeks, I called four times to politely ask for an update on the quote. Every person I spoke to promised to call me back, but no one ever did. Not one person apologized or showed any concern. Today, I spoke with a rude employee who claimed it was outsourced, contradicting what I had been told. No apology was given, just a question of whether I wanted to proceed with the quote or not. It's unbelievable how rude they are, how dishonest about outsourcing they are, and how little they care. So disappointing. Check the large number of terrible reviews and notice the same standard response to every customer… “We cannot locate you in our system.”
