Extremely disappointing. I suspect this is either a scam or a scheme where they sell books on demand after purchasing them cheaper from elsewhere. I ordered a book that never arrived, and after weeks of waiting, their support team wouldn't confirm whether it had been sent. They provided a false tracking number right away, which led to nothing. The only slight positive was that they eventually issued a refund, which I didn’t even request; I just wanted the book I paid for. If I hadn’t claimed my refund in time, they would have kept my money without delivering anything. Given the numerous similar experiences shared here, I truly regret engaging with them. Consider yourself warned—steer clear.
