I placed an order on 18 December with a delivery date of 24 December, but there was no update by then. I waited through the holiday and reached out on 30 December since the delivery service had no record of my package. Instead of a direct answer, I received a generic update indicating they had the package. I later received a notification that it would be delivered today. After reading other reviews, I feel fortunate to be receiving it at all. However, the package arrived damaged, containing only one of the three books I ordered. It seems they may have crammed the items in, causing the package to split during shipping. I've emailed them about this issue.
Extremely disappointing. I suspect this is either a scam or a scheme where they sell books on demand after purchasing them cheaper from elsewhere. I ordered a book that never arrived, and after weeks of waiting, their support team wouldn't confirm whether it had been sent. They provided a false tracking number right away, which led to nothing. The only slight positive was that they eventually issued a refund, which I didn’t even request; I just wanted the book I paid for. If I hadn’t claimed my refund in time, they would have kept my money without delivering anything. Given the numerous similar experiences shared here, I truly regret engaging with them. Consider yourself warned—steer clear.

I had a transaction through an online auction site and my experience has left me unwilling to deal with them again. They advertise books as being in very good condition, but the one I received was in poor shape. I provided photographic evidence but only received one reply offering me a 50% discount to keep the damaged item. After multiple attempts to reach out for a replacement, I received no further response. Ultimately, I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and let it go. A frustrating interaction with an untrustworthy seller.

Terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. I placed an order through a reputable site on 26th October, expected by 31st October, but it never arrived. The seller did not respond to inquiries for updates. I received a refund from the platform, but this seller is taking money without delivering items, causing issues for other businesses too. They are definitely not trustworthy. I wish I had continued ordering from my usual seller, who provides great service.
