Subpar Service and Communication

I placed an order on 18 December with an expected delivery by 24 December, but it never arrived. After waiting, I emailed them on 30 December since there was still no record with the delivery service. Instead of a direct answer, they simply copied the text from the delivery tracking info, stating they now had the package. Fortunately, I received a notification from the delivery service that it’s arriving today. After reading other reviews, I feel lucky to receive it at all! UPDATE: The package arrived damaged, and only one of the three books I ordered was included. It seems they crammed them in, causing the package to split during transit. I’ve reached out to them about this.
