I placed an order on 18 December with a delivery date of 24 December, but there was no update by then. I waited through the holiday and reached out on 30 December since the delivery service had no record of my package. Instead of a direct answer, I received a generic update indicating they had the package. I later received a notification that it would be delivered today. After reading other reviews, I feel fortunate to be receiving it at all. However, the package arrived damaged, containing only one of the three books I ordered. It seems they may have crammed the items in, causing the package to split during shipping. I've emailed them about this issue.
