The company launched an extensive campaign to promote their new premier access service, promising early access to full seasons of popular shows. Initially, a few shows were available in full, but now it’s just week-by-week access. It still says 'Premier Access' on the screen, but when you click on episodes, you see they’re released one week apart. This is the same access I had before, just at a higher cost. I reached out multiple times, but the responses were vague or automated. Cancelling the service is also frustrating, with no refunds and access until the subscription ends. This feels like a scam, as they failed to deliver on their promises.
