After weeks of arguing with them and getting nowhere, I agreed to return the damaged rug at my own expense. The return address provided doesn’t seem to exist; they didn’t give me the correct postcode or address format for returns. I’ve asked them for the correct address multiple times but am getting nowhere. If anyone has a valid address, please share it here. I suspect this is just a complete scam.
