This seller is the same as another brand that claims to be based in Europe but is actually operating from overseas. The product I received was shocking, with a part missing. They insisted I send it back at my own cost or accept a 30% refund. Communication was terrible, with only automated replies. I can’t rate lower than one star, which feels too generous! Avoid both of these sellers.
After weeks of arguing with them and getting nowhere, I agreed to return the damaged rug at my own expense. The return address provided doesn’t seem to exist; they didn’t give me the correct postcode or address format for returns. I’ve asked them for the correct address multiple times but am getting nowhere. If anyone has a valid address, please share it here. I suspect this is just a complete scam.
