I ordered a rug for £170 on October 20th, and as of November 7th, there’s still no sign of it. I dread to think of what it will be like if it ever arrives. I suspect my daughter will end up with an expensive mat instead of a rug! I requested a full refund, but that seems impossible! I’ve asked for the names of any managers, but only one name was given, TOMMY, whoever that is! Now that the rug finally arrived, it’s definitely not a rug—it’s a very thin mat! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SELLER!
