I placed an order for a dozen packs of a specific snack online on November 17, 2025. After entering the correct tracking number with the carrier, I found nothing. I received an email stating the items were dispatched on the 18th, but 12 days later, they still haven't arrived, and I can't get any answers. This was my first and likely last order here. It feels like someone could have delivered it faster!
