Exorbitant delivery fees. I was ready to place an order for £80.00 worth of prune juice. Can you believe the quoted delivery fee? £20.00. Absolutely not! The management of this company needs to become more competitive and realistic.

No response from support

I placed an order for a dozen packs of a specific snack online on November 17, 2025. After entering the correct tracking number with the carrier, I found nothing. I received an email stating the items were dispatched on the 18th, but 12 days later, they still haven't arrived, and I can't get any answers. This was my first and likely last order here. It feels like someone could have delivered it faster!

Delivery time needs improvement

I ordered two small boxes of gravy powder on November 20, with a delivery fee of £3.99. I was initially frustrated, but I must adjust my rating to 4 stars as my order arrived today. Thank you for the service; the product is in date and hard to find in this size elsewhere.

Short shelf life on products

I ordered pink marshmallow wafers expecting a long shelf life, but they only had 14 days left. When I buy them from my local store, they usually have around 6 months. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Not a good experience

I ordered a specific soup that was supposed to be garlic-free, but they sent the wrong version with croutons that contain garlic, which I dislike. With 12 boxes, it's a total waste due to their error. Initially, they seemed responsive, but now there's been no communication. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Excellent order experience

My order arrived in great condition, with strong, well-packed parcels. The items were carefully packaged, and I received a variety of quality products. Everything was protected well, and the prices were very reasonable. The order arrived on time and was delivered as instructed. I hope to see more organic options available. Issues with customer service

As a first-time customer, I ordered one item but received the wrong one. It's nearly impossible to reach customer service by phone or email for resolution. They seem to be ignoring my emails about this issue. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Disappointed with expiry dates

I'm disappointed. It took a week for delivery, and the expiry dates on the items are short. I ordered some snacks, and both only have 4 months left before they expire. The website doesn't mention this, even though the items are full price. I won't be ordering here again.
