Firstly just look at their Trustpilot rating says it all.
I have been travelling yearly with BA to the USA and I've obviously spend thousands of pounds with them. I had flights booked for June 2026. Unfortunately I couldn't make them. I tried to swap the dates for June 2027 unfortunately the dates weren't available that far in advance. I spoke to customer services via on-line chat. I was told don't worry just cancel the flights and rebook when the new dates are available. I cancelled them and then was told no refunds. Basically BA stole all my money!
