My wife and I got bumped just as we’re boarding at LCY to Malaga BA flight on 12/April for “operational reasons” I knew something was up when we couldn’t check in online 24hrs prior when BA knew there was an issue. Here’s my point BA could have changed the flight in advance of us coming all the way to an airport, going through customs and waiting two hrs for our boarding.
BA simply lie to you throughout the process and that is unforgivable.
