I strongly recommend not using this service! I ordered a toilet that arrived without the cistern. After waiting two weeks, I was told in one call that it hadn’t left the warehouse, and in another that it hadn’t even been ordered. When the cistern finally came, it was damaged in the box. I returned it for a refund, but after nearly two weeks, I'm still waiting, even though I was promised it would be in my account four days ago. I've had no responses to my emails, and the contact number is now out of service. I plan to report this to the authorities and seek a refund through my credit card company. The customer service has been terrible. I’m still without a toilet... AVOID THIS SERVICE!
