I strongly advise against using this service! I ordered a toilet that arrived missing the cistern. After waiting two weeks for it to arrive, I was informed during one call that it hadn’t left the warehouse, and during another that it hadn’t even been ordered. When the cistern finally arrived, it was damaged in the box. I returned it for a refund, but nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting, despite being promised it would be in my account four days ago. I've received no replies to my emails, and the contact number is now unavailable. I plan to report this to the authorities and seek a refund through my credit card company. The customer service has been appalling. I’m still without a toilet... AVOID THIS SERVICE!

I had ordered a sink from another supplier who, after weeks of delays, failed to deliver. After canceling with them, I ordered from another company and inquired via email if my order could be expedited since we had been without a sink for a while. I received a call just an hour later, and they expedited the order at no extra charge. The sink arrived on the scheduled day; although the outside box was dented during transit (not their fault), the sink was well-packaged and in perfect condition. Great price, excellent customer service, and prompt delivery. I couldn't ask for more.
Steer clear of this company! I ordered a bath with a quick delivery promise. After placing my order and paying, I was informed it would now take six weeks, so I canceled my order and was told I'd receive a full refund within five days. I waited patiently, but the refund never arrived. They are now unresponsive to my emails and calls. This company is a scam. Please do not order from them—there are plenty of other reliable companies out there. Save yourself the hassle and lost money. I will be involving the authorities now.

This is a fraudulent business. I purchased an item with a promised delivery time of 4-5 days, but it never arrived. After multiple inquiries, they assured me they would send tracking information and that it would be delivered soon. I never received any tracking details, and the product was never delivered. I'm currently working with my credit card company to get my money back due to the deceitful nature of this business.
Dismal company. They were quick to take my payment and process my order, but that’s where their professionalism ends. Although they claim items are dispatched within a couple of days, I suspect they don’t keep stock and only procure items after receiving orders. They are impossible to contact by phone and ignore emails completely. Getting a refund for canceled items due to their long delivery times is a nightmare. There are far more professional and reliable companies out there, so don’t waste your time and money on this incompetent service.

They promised a refund, but after three weeks, it still hadn’t been processed. I contacted them again, and they promised it again. Another week passed, and they ignored me. I eventually contacted my payment provider, who issued a refund.
Outstanding service from start to finish. I had a large order for our en-suite, and the assistance from the sales team was exceptional. I had a minor issue upon delivery, which was on the promised date, but it was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
