I ordered the Hugo Luxury Tall Panelled Bed With Contrast Piping. While the bed itself is decent, the overall experience was disappointing.The product was advertised with feet in all images, including when selecting the ottoman option. When the bed arrived, it had no feet and cannot have them fitted due to the design. The appearance shown online was a key reason I chose this bed, so this was disappointing. This was never made clear on the website and felt misleading.When I raised this, communication was poor. One response was written in all capital letters and came across as rude and abrupt. It took multiple emails and requesting to speak to management before a partial refund was offered.A metal support bar was also missing from my delivery and had to be sent separately after I chased this up.The issue was eventually resolved, but only after persistent follow-up. Better communication, clearer product descriptions, and more accurate advertising images would significantly improve the customer experience.
