Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 beds, only one came on scheduled delivery. Delivery man said his notes only stated one bed. Checked my order, had now updated to say both beds had been delivered and signed for. Rang up and spoke to a very rude man. No apology, not bothered, so unhelpful. Said would get it sent out. Asked when and when would be delivered. All I got was "this week" Then said I would be here "before Saturday" - this was already 2 weeks after ordering. No surprise, second bed never turned up. Tried calling but noone answers. Over 3 weeks later still no bed and on rare chance of speaking to someone, still fobbed off. Bed still not been dispatched. We paid someone to assemble the first bed. Wow what a disaster. The bed resembles NOTHING like the image online. They are stealing online images and using them to represent beds that look nothing like the actual beds they send. It also came with many parts missing. The image online had feet and a solid headboard but the bed we received had no feet and a paper thin, cheap headboard. The bed quality was appalling. Wasn't worth a tenth of the price. After getting no contact from this awful company, I had to contact my card issuer who refunded us as the second bed never arrived. Thank goodness it never, to save us the hassle of returning. The first bed, still with missing parts, was returned. Would never deal with this company again. Fraudsters who falsely advertise.
Really bad service. There was no contact at all. I waited all day for my wrongly delivered bed to be picked up. They didn’t mention on the website that the bed is split into two halves, and the quality is not good. The worst part is trying to contact them—they never answer calls and their communication is very poor.

This company is fabulous . They were very professional from start to finish . The quality of the bed / headboard / mattress and ottoman box is first class and I would highly recommend to anyone . The price was very reasonable for the quality and standard . 5 star all day long
I ordered the Hugo Luxury Tall Panelled Bed With Contrast Piping. While the bed itself is decent, the overall experience was disappointing.The product was advertised with feet in all images, including when selecting the ottoman option. When the bed arrived, it had no feet and cannot have them fitted due to the design. The appearance shown online was a key reason I chose this bed, so this was disappointing. This was never made clear on the website and felt misleading.When I raised this, communication was poor. One response was written in all capital letters and came across as rude and abrupt. It took multiple emails and requesting to speak to management before a partial refund was offered.A metal support bar was also missing from my delivery and had to be sent separately after I chased this up.The issue was eventually resolved, but only after persistent follow-up. Better communication, clearer product descriptions, and more accurate advertising images would significantly improve the customer experience.
